Do you want to be a Parent Volunteer?

If you would like to chaperone any fieldtrip or volunteer at the school please go to the District Office to get registered as a volunteer. You will get finger printed and have your back ground check run. It is taking between 3-5 weeks to get the clearance back. The office is open on Wednesdays from 9-11 am and 2-4 pm. Please call 623-925-3400 to make an appointment.

Tardy Procedures

At Bales Elementary School, we value every child and work to make every moment in theclassroom count.

Please remember the first bell rings at 8:20 a.m. and the tardy bell rings at 8:30 a.m.If students arrive after the tardy bell rings, they need to stop by theoffice so they are not marked absent.

Every time a student is tardy three times, he or she will have a consequence, which will include 15 minutes of Arizona’s Instrument to Measure Standards(AIMS) practice after school.

Before School

Students may NOT be on school property prior to 8:00 a.m.There is NO adult supervision.
